Free Shipping Across Eligible U.S. States
HighVendor offers free shipping on all qualifying orders across the United States, subject to legal availability. While some platforms operate only locally or regionally, our goal is to provide broad nationwide access wherever regulations allow.
Shipping costs are included to keep the ordering process simple and predictable, without hidden fees or unexpected charges.

Customer privacy is a strict priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no external markings that indicate contents or origin. Packages are sealed securely and handled with discretion throughout the delivery process.
Where applicable, products are additionally protected to minimize odor and preserve integrity during transit. From dispatch to delivery, discretion remains standard – not optional.
Order Processing, Delivery Times & Tracking
Orders are processed promptly once payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM are typically processed the same business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Most deliveries arrive within 3 – 4 business days.
- Remote areas or small towns may require up to 5 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Customers can monitor delivery status at any time through their private account dashboard.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If an order is lost or damaged due to an error by the shipping carrier, customers may be eligible for a replacement or, in certain cases, a refund. Each situation is reviewed individually in accordance with our Terms of Service.
To report an issue, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible after the expected delivery date or upon receiving the package. Supporting details or photos may be requested to help us assess and resolve the claim.
Delivery Method
At this time, delivery methods cannot be changed after an order is placed. We work with established courier and fulfillment partners to ensure consistency, security, and regulatory compliance across all shipments.
Legal Compliance & Delivery Restrictions
To operate responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws, the following conditions apply:
Age Requirement
Customers must meet the minimum legal age required by applicable state laws.
In many states, this age is 21 years.
Restricted Delivery Locations
We do not deliver to locations where cannabis-related products are restricted under federal jurisdiction, including:
- Federal government buildings or land
- Military bases and installations (APO/FPO)
- University and college campuses
- U.S. territories
- P.O. Boxes
Order Acceptance
We recommend that the person who placed the order be available to receive it. In most cases, a signature is not required, but for higher-value shipments, signature confirmation may be requested for added security.
Returns & Order Issues
Important Information About Returns
Due to current cannabis regulations, HighVendor does not accept returns of cannabis-related products once an order has been delivered. By law, shipped products cannot be returned or re-enter circulation after fulfillment.
If you experience an issue with your order – such as incorrect items or packaging concerns, please contact our Customer Support team. Each case is reviewed individually, and where appropriate, we work with customers to find a fair and compliant resolution.
Returns of delivered or opened products are not permitted.
