Orders

  • How Can I Make An Order?

    The same way as in regular online store – choose the products you are interested in, specify name and address (it’s better to use another name) and wait for your package – no signature required upon delivery.

  • Is It Safe To Order?

    Buying weed online can be tricky and risky sometimes if you don’t work with the right company like Highvendor, as we make it as safe as possible – we’ve got many years of experience using courier and mailing services for marijuana, edibles and other CBD/THC products delivery.
    Our company exclusively uses vacuumed, properly sealed and discreet packages even for the smallest orders as your safety is our priority.

  • How Long Does It Take To Process My Order?

    Depending on the order quantity and your location, we take between 8 – 24 hours to process and package your cannabis order. A more accurate time-frame will be provided when you place an order.

  • Can I Use A Fake Name For Order?

    Yes! If you use a fake name then choose something real like: “Adam Bevery”. Orders that have names like: “B.H.” look suspicious and sometimes won’t be delivered.

  • Which Package Do You Use?

    As indicated before, we use only vacuumed, sealed and discreet packages for our products shipping.

  • Do I Need A Medical Cannabis Card To Make An Order?

    Depends on the state you are living in. Some states require only medical marijuana and some are open to recreational use. Go through the checkout process on our website and see if its required for you.

  • Are There Any Discounts On Orders?

    We’ve got a lot of sales and discounts during the year on various products, especially before holidays. In addition, we welcome all our new customers with a 20% discount.

  • Do You Send Free Samples?

    Free samples are not needed since our company is the only one on the market that sells marijuana and other THC/CBD products at retail in the smallest quantities – marijuana from 1/8 oz and everything else from one unit, and at the same time delivery is still free to any state.

  • Do You Sell To Minors?

    Minors as we call them are customers below 18 years of age. We do not offer any services to person or persons below the age of 18 years. However if you are a patient or suffering from anxiety related problems then we can sell small quantities of specified products to you.

    We deliver to all 50 states.

  • Do You Deliver Outside USA?

    No, our store delivers packages only within United States.

  • Do You Deliver To Post Boxes?

    Yes, just mention it at your delivery address.

  • Do You Deliver To Military APO/FPO addresses and US Territories?

    No, we don’t ship to military APO/FPO and US Territories.

  • How much do you charge for shipping?

    The shipping is completely free to all states regardless of the order price.

  • Can I Choose Other Delivery Method?

    No, we’ve got a long-term and reliable partnership with courier and mail forwarding services, so the delivery method couldn’t be changed.

  • How Long Will It Take?

    Most orders arrive in 3-4 business days, if you place an order before 5pm. Delivery to some remote locations and small towns in the USA can take up to 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends and statutory holidays are processed on the following business day. You can check the status of your order on our website under My Account.

  • Can I Track The Location Of My Package During Delivery?

    Yes. All orders will receive an email notification that will include your tracking number. To track your package, all customers have their own private account.

  • What If The Order Is Lost Or Spoiled?

    If the order is lost or spoiled because of a shipping company mistake/actions, you can claim a replacement of the package or refund in some cases. Read more in our ToS.

Return Policy

  • Can I Return My Package?

    No, under the new marijuana laws, we cannot receive marijuana back from customers, however, members can contact Customer Care Representative and negotiate a solution to your issue.
