Highvendor prioritizes a safe, secure, and transparent checkout experience for both our delivery and dispensary services. All card transactions are processed by PCI DSS–compliant payment processors over encrypted connections. Our billing descriptors do not reference Highvendor in any direct way to protect your confidentiality and ensure you walk away with confidence from your purchase. Age & compliance: Orders are available to adults 21+. We verify age/eligibility where required and fulfill orders in line with applicable laws and platform policies.

What we accept

1) Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

How it works: Secure card authorization at checkout; we may finalize the charge when your order ships/delivers.
Security: 3-D Secure or additional verification may be required.
Fee: A 2.9% card processing surcharge may apply.
Descriptor: Discreet, non-brand descriptor for your privacy.

2) PayPal (where available)

What it’s for: Eligible orders and categories (availability can vary by region/product).
How to pay: Choose PayPal at checkout and follow on-screen prompts.
Notes: Some product types or destinations may be excluded by PayPal policy; if PayPal is unavailable for your cart, you’ll see alternative options automatically.

3) Cash App

Speed: Typically confirms within minutes.
How to pay: Select Cash App at checkout to receive a QR code/$cashtag and exact amount.
Tip: Always include your order number in the note/memo for faster matching.

4) Cryptocurrencies

Coins supported: BTC, ETH, USDT (ERC20/TRC20) and other major assets when shown at checkout.
Rate lock: We lock a quote for a limited window (e.g., 15 minutes).
Confirmations: We process after the required on-chain confirmations (usually 1–3, depending on network).
Refunds: Crypto refunds are issued in the same currency (minus network fees) or as store credit, per your preference and our policy.

5) Bank Deposit / Wire

No extra fees from us on bank deposits.
Timing: Please complete payment within 2 business days; upload/send proof so we can match your order quickly.

Processing, Verification & Holds

Identity/age checks: We may request additional verification to protect customers against fraud and to meet age requirements (21+).
Order review: Unusual or high-value orders may be manually reviewed. If we can’t verify, we’ll contact you using your order details.
When we charge your card: Usually at dispatch or delivery confirmation; timing can vary by method.

Fees, Taxes & Currency

Card surcharge: 2.9% may apply to card transactions (shown at checkout).
Network/third-party fees: Crypto network fees or PayPal/Cash App platform fees are shown (or implied) at payment time.
Taxes: Assessed and shown at checkout where applicable.

Security & Privacy

PCI DSS: Payments are handled by PCI DSS–compliant processors; we do not store your full card number (PAN) on our servers.
Encryption: TLS encryption for all checkout sessions.
Discreet billing: Our billing descriptor avoids the Highvendor name for confidentiality.
